In addition to our Drupal website support agreement, OpenConcept is always ready to serve your organization in further supporting, developing, and leveraging your organization's internet needs. It can sometimes be overwhelming to understand and manage the multitude of elements that are required for an interactive web presence. OpenConcept can take over the management of these additional services in order to consolidate and properly manage these services. Additional support services include:
| CiviCRM Support | CiviCRM is a stand-alone application that can run along side Drupal and add powerful functionality such as customer relationship management, event registration, newsletter mailing, donation management, online memberships and custom reporting. OpenConcept can host your CiviCRM installation. We will actively look for new security releases and communicate to clients, when they become available. (client will be billed for time it takes to perform upgrades) |
| Domain Hosting |
OpenConcept can take over your domain registration, which provides the advantage of us being able to manage your domain changes as well as yearly renewals. While not necessary, many clients prefer to have their website services delivered from one provider. One year will be added to the domain renewal date upon transfer.

| Email Hosting |
Email hosting is another service that is conveniently offered by OpenConcept. We often recommend free, corporate email hosting through Google for our non-profit clients (setup billed hourly). However, we also offer fully managed and hosted email. Speak with one of our representatives for more details about options and prices. |
| Linux Server Administration | OpenConcept has experience managing a number of GNU/Linux distributions including Fedora Core 5, Red Hat Enterprise, Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, and SUSE, in both in-house and co-located server environments. If you'd rather host your Drupal website somewhere other than OpenConcept, we can still manage the hosting environment. We will work with your host to make sure your website performance, security, and administrative needs are being met. We can provide security audits and log analysis, manage upgrades, and off-site backups. We will work with you to develop and maintain emergency service and backup protocols. If you need redundant or high availability servers, we will work with you and your hosting service provider in setting up and supporting your expanded server environment. |
| Postal Code Lookup |
We offer access to our postal code to riding lookup through an online application. We can provide bulk or pay-per-query prices. More details are available at Make the Change. |
| SSL Certificate | OpenConcept orders SSL certificate, obtains dedicated IP address and performs necessary setup. |

Zone File Support |
OpenConcept changes the IP addresses for domains, sets mail (MX) settings, and creates redirects |
