In the event of a site performance problem, security breach, or other emergency, we will notify your organization’s designated contact person by email. You will authorize any upgrades or recovery options that need to be taken.

In case you ever need to discuss website performance, security, or other concerns you may have, our Drupal website support agreement includes up to 30 minutes live telephone and email non-emergency support per month during all regular business hours (Eastern Time) and at no additional cost.

A website audit may be necessary

Prior to initiating the delivery of Drupal Website Hosting and Support Services, and if we do not already know your website through having recently worked on it or hosted it, we may need to do an audit of your website’s architecture, supporting databases, embedded applications, and server setup and configuration. The purpose of the audit is to confirm that there are no significant structural or configuration deficiencies, redundant or conflicting process applications, or non-standard code in your website’s user interfaces, underlying applications, or databases that may prevent or impede our ability to satisfactorily deliver our Website Hosting and Support Services for you.

There will be a charge for us to do the audit of your website. Following the audit, we will provide you with a written report of our findings and our recommendations for corrective actions if any deficiencies are found.

If your website software architecture is out of date, it will need to be upgraded to a current, stable, and secure version of the software before we can initiate delivery of our Website Hosting and Support Services. We will be pleased to provide your organization with a detailed proposal to complete an upgrade or any other enhancements of your website that you may request.

If your website was set up by OpenConcept on a Drupal content management platform in the last year, an audit will not be necessary. However, we may still require an upgrade of the website’s software architecture before initiating support.
