Gay-Straight Alliance Network came to OpenConcept looking for someone to tackle their latest Drupal website project. They were looking for team with a wide breadth of expertise including theme customization, social media integration, CiviCRM configuration, and familiarity with the email marketing tool: Constant Contact.

The inspiration for their vibrant, bold theme was built and based upon their pre-existing website (http://www.gsanetwork.org/). In order to fulfill their CiviCRM database configuration requirements, it was necessary to share the date between both of thier websites, thus enabling contacts and subscribers to be added and maintained in one repository.

The Make It Better Project is sponsored by Gay-Straight Alliance Network. GSA Network empowers youth to fight homophobia and transphobia in schools by training youth activists and supporting student-led Gay-Straight Alliance clubs in California and throughout the country.
